All Gift Mast Life meditation courses, workshops, recordings, and materials are education programs that provide immediate access to guided sessions, teachings, and downloadable resources.
Because access to the complete content is granted instantly after enrolment:
All enrolments are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the course has been provided.
This is standard for education learning programs, as the material cannot be returned once accessed.
2. Commitment to Practice
Meditation is a personal inner journey. The benefits you experience depend on your consistency, openness, and participation in the practices shared.
Refunds cannot be issued based on:
Personal expectations
Lack of time to practice
Discontinuation of the program midway
We encourage every participant to sincerely follow the practices to experience the intended results.
3. Live Programs & Workshops
For live meditation workshops, webinars, or cohort-based programs:
Your seat is reserved exclusively for you upon enrolment.
We do not provide refunds for missed live sessions.
Where available, recordings may be shared for your convenience.
4. Technical Issues
A refund may be considered only if:
You were charged but did not receive access to the program, and
Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
5. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, please contact us within 7 days with proof. We will gladly refund the extra charge.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In rare cases, refund requests may be reviewed compassionately at our discretion.
